By accessing or using MyDeckStats (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MyDeckStats provides tools that may allow users to:

• Manage deck lists and related gameplay notes
• Track tournaments, one-shots, and match results
• Review statistics, trends, public profile information, and premium insights
• Store and retrieve game-related content chosen by the user

The Service is offered as an independent hobby project and may evolve over time. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

3. User Accounts

5.2 License to Operate the Service: By submitting User Content, you grant MyDeckStats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

5.3 Responsibility: You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit it.

5.4 Removal: Content may be removed or access limited where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service, respond to complaints, or comply with law.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, the Service and its original design, text, branding, software, and functionality are owned by MyDeckStats or used with permission where applicable. You may not copy, resell, or exploit protected parts of the Service beyond what is permitted by law or by prior written permission.

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, payment providers, or external websites. MyDeckStats does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, content, or privacy practices.

8. Card Game References

MyDeckStats is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, trademark owner, or card game rights holder. All referenced names, marks, artwork, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Use of the Service is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal data, cookies, and consent choices are handled.

10. Premium, Trials, and Subscriptions

10.1 Premium Access: Some advanced features may be offered through premium access, including premium trial access, manually granted access, or paid subscriptions.

10.2 Referral Trials: MyDeckStats may offer premium trial time when a referred user completes the qualifying actions described in the product. Trial periods may stack where the Service indicates that they do.

10.3 Paid Subscriptions: If paid premium subscriptions are enabled, billing is offered on a recurring basis, normally monthly, and may renew automatically until canceled.

10.4 Cancellation: If auto-renew is canceled, premium access generally remains active until the end of the already paid billing period, unless stated otherwise by the payment provider or required by law.

10.5 Refunds: Refund requests, if available, are handled manually and are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Backup and Data Availability

Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve data and maintain backups, but uninterrupted availability, perfect retention, or complete immunity from data loss cannot be guaranteed. Users should keep their own records of important information.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MyDeckStats does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every defect will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyDeckStats will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from or related to use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

14. Misuse and Responsibility

If your use of the Service violates these Terms or applicable law and causes damage, claims, or costs directly attributable to that misuse, you may be responsible for those consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice within the Service.
