3Narrow it down optional
A narrowed tournament is just for fun: it does not count for the ranking.
4How many?
How it works
- The cards. The main deck cards of the typical lists of the archetypes tracked on MyDeckStats, the tier decks of each format. Basic lands are left out.
- The draw. Random, but a card that more archetypes play is a little likelier to come out. A card is never drawn twice, and the bracket is shuffled.
- The duels. Pick the card you like more. There is no tie. You can undo the last pick.
- The variants. Narrow the cards to a colour, to lands or to a rarity, or pick between archetypes: each is shown with the card that tells it apart.
- Challenge a friend. At the end you get a link: your friend plays the very same bracket and then sees how their picks compare with yours.
- The ranking. Every finished tournament with all the cards or all the archetypes adds its duels, anonymously, to the most loved of the format. A card needs 10 duels before it shows, and a win rate over few duels is pulled towards 50%. Narrowed tournaments and friends' copies are for fun and do not count.
- Fair play. A tournament finished faster than a person can read the cards, or too many from one address in a day, is shown to you but does not count.
